Question 1

Which tile drill bit fits my angle grinder?

Accepted Answer

Bits with an M14 connection fit most angle grinders. They screw directly onto the spindle, without a flange or clamping nut.

Question 2

What is the cooling wax for?

Accepted Answer

The wax inside melts while drilling and cools the diamond cutting edge. This lets you drill without water, and the bit lasts longer.

Question 3

Can I also drill concrete with a tile drill bit?

Accepted Answer

Tile drill bits are made for tiles, porcelain stoneware, ceramics, granite and marble. For concrete and reinforced concrete, use a diamond core drill bit.
